Nutriplant® AG
Foliar Nutritional Supplement
Nutriplant® AG is a foliar nutritional supplement to enhance crop growth. The genetic potential for a crop is rarely reached due to stresses encountered during the growing season. Plants are more vulnerable and use more nutrients at particular stages of development.
Nutriplant® AG is designed to be applied at these particular stages of crop development, to strengthen the plant against everyday environmental stress, leading to better yields and improved quality.
Average Yield Increase: 15%
Tested for 27 years in over 2000 trials
Nutriplant® AG contains nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, boron, cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum and zinc. Nitrogen and boron are essential for bud vigor and fruit set. Nitrogen and zinc are needed for fruit size. Phosphorus hastens maturity and improves quality, while potassium improves color and increases cold hardiness. Sulfur is needed for flavor and protein synthesis. Cobalt increases resistance to stress, and copper contributes to color and flavor development. Iron promotes flowering and fruit set. Manganese aids in sugar metabolism, and molybdenum is involved in transport of phosphorus, a very important element in energy transport and storage.
What Separates Us from the Crowd?
Nutriplant® AG is a liquid concentrate obtained through organic chelation using a unique, proprietary technology. It enhances crop production through improvement of photosynthetic activity, increased chlorophyll concentration in the tissue, and increased nutrient uptake through the root system. The genetic potential of a crop is rarely achieved due to the abiotic stress such as heat, cold, drought and excessive UV radiation, encountered during the growing season. Abiotic stress disrupts the metabolism of the plant and reduces nutrient absorption and translocation. When nutrients are limited during crucial stages of plant development such as flowering, fruit set and fruit maturation, yields and crop quality can be dramatically reduced. Through its antioxidant activity, biostimulant properties & full spectrum macro/micro analysis, Nutriplant® AG reduces the impact of abiotic stress, leading to better yields and improved quality of crops.

What is a "Biostimulant" and Why is it so Effective?
Agricultural biostimulants include diverse formulations of compounds, substances and micro-organisms that are applied to plants or soils to improve crop vigor, yields, quality and tolerance of abiotic stresses. They are comprised of biological or naturally derived additives, including bacterial or microbial inoculants, biochemical materials, amino acids, humic acids, fulvic acid, seaweed extract and other similar materials. Biostimulants foster plant growth and development throughout the crop life cycle from seed germination to plant maturity in a number of demonstrated ways, including but not limited to:
1. Improving the efficiency of the plant’s metabolism to induce yield increases and enhanced crop quality
2. Increasing plant tolerance to and recovery from abiotic stresses
3. Facilitating nutrient assimilation, translocation and use
4. Enhancing quality attributes of produce, including sugar content, color, fruit seeding, etc.
5. Rendering water use more efficient
6. Enhancing soil fertility, particularly by fostering the development of complementary
Soil micro-organisms.
Why Biostimulants for Agriculture?
Biostimulants can be used to supplement and enhance existing agricultural practices and crop inputs.
Biostimulants distinguish themselves from traditional crop inputs in three ways:
1. Biostimulants operate through different mechanisms than fertilizers, regardless of the presence of nutrients in the products
2. They differ from crop protection products because they act only on the plant’s vigor and do not have any direct actions against pests or disease
3. Crop biostimulation is thus complementary to crop nutrition and crop protection
